Planetoids in the SOL sector can be occupied by any of the space fairing Factions or Nations.
Each planetoid will be divided into octants (8 equal parts – Imagine a sphere cut by three perpendicular planes)
Each Octant is under the control of the claimant UNTIL 5 of the 8 octants are owned by the SAME Faction/Nation. Then that Faction/Nation is in control of the whole planetoid.
Any Foreign factions/Nations on that planetoid must pay Taxes to the host nation per prior UNCLES Resolutions
